To ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements across client sites in technical roles.
To attract, source, and hire quality candidates while improving offer-to-join and retention ratios.
To reduce time-to-hire and time-to-onboard through effective recruitment planning and coordination.
To strengthen stakeholder engagement with operations and business teams through proactive communication and delivery.
To continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring effectiveness.
To maintain accurate recruitment MIS, reports, and compliance with internal recruitment policies.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum bachelor's degree in HR, or relevant business qualification
Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes in the facility management/services industry.
Knowledge of manpower planning, bulk hiring, and site-based recruitment models.
Awareness of wage structures, minimum wages, statutory requirements, and basic labor laws applicable to facility operations.
Familiarity with recruitment MIS, reporting, and hiring metrics (TAT, joining ratio, source effectiveness).
