Key Responsibilities

· Generate current business leads through calls, references, networking and other approved channels.

· Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements and explain the company’s RERA consultancy and compliance services.

· Promote services such as RERA project registration, corrections, extensions, quarterly progress reports (QPR), certifications.

· Schedule client meetings, follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

· Prepare and share service proposals, quotations and other sales-related information as per company guidelines.

· Coordinate with the operations and compliance teams to understand service requirements and ensure a smooth client handover.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups and sales status in the CRM or designated tracking system.





· Work towards assigned sales targets and submit periodic sales updates to the reporting manager.

· Build and maintain qualified relationships with clients, channel partners and industry contacts.

Required Skills & Criteria

· Good communication, presentation and convincing skills.

· Ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups and convert inquiries into business.

· Basic understanding of sales processes, client handling and business development.

· Willingness to learn about the RERA Act, MahaRERA procedures and real estate compliance services.

· Valuable negotiation, time-management and relationship-building skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email and CRM tools.

· Target-oriented approach with a skilled and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
