Sales Manager – DMC

Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our DMC (Destination Management Company) team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a result-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business partners.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations/reservations team.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle day-to-day sales activities using computer-based systems.

Requirements
Fluency in Hindi and English – both written and spoken.




Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Positive sales ability with a target-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working with computers, email, Excel, and other office software.
Prior experience in travel, tourism, DMC, B2B sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good follow-up skills and a professional attitude.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, valuable at selling, comfortable with computers, and capable of achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹14,336.20 - ₹35,000.00 per month
