WE'RE HIRING: PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD (aka Growth Head)

We want a super sharp mind, high energy and people who know how to scale a D2C brand profitably.

We're not looking for someone who just manages ad accounts. We're looking for someone who knows how to scale.

What you'll do:
Own paid growth across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
Scale revenue while improving CAC, ROAS and contribution margins.
Build a relentless testing engine across creatives, hooks, offers and landing pages.
Turn data into decisions. Know what to scale, what to cut and what to test next.
Diagnose performance drops, find the bottleneck and act fast. No blaming the algorithm.
Connect ads, creatives and website conversion to drive profitable growth.




Build the systems and team needed to scale Mainrōse.
Take ownership. Move without being told. Obsess over the numbers.
Thrive in a fast-paced setting where testing, learning and scaling happen rapid.

What we're looking for: 7–10 years of performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands, deep hands-on Meta Ads expertise and a solid understanding of unit economics.

Full Time in Gurgaon, Haryana — Udyog Vihar.
