Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute large-scale building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in project execution, site management, planning, quality control, billing and coordination with consultants, contractors and clients.
Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale civil construction projects from commencement to completion and report to the Project Manager.
Plan, monitor and control project activities to ensure timely completion within approved budget and quality standards.
Supervise civil construction works including structural, architectural and finishing activities.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and construction methodologies and ensure proper implementation at site.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and other resources.
Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and review progress, quality and productivity.
Prepare and review project reports,



progress reports and other relevant documentation.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed timelines and specifications.
Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning and handover of the project.

Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
Must have independently handled or significantly contributed to at least 2–3 large building projects.
Experience with projects having a value of approximately ₹100–150 Crores.
Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Healthcare / Hospital Projects, Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, Industrial Projects.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve site-level technical issues.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity and timely project completion.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering

Experience: 8–10 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
