Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver consulting-style assignments across strategy, transformation, operations, and digital initiatives.
Structure complex business problems and develop data-backed recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Drive AI-enabled business use cases, identifying automation, analytics, and intelligent process opportunities.
Own end-to-end project management including scope definition, planning, timelines, risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Develop high-quality executive presentations, reports, business cases, and proposals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure delivery excellence.
Track KPIs, impact metrics, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Required Experience & SkillsExperience & Pedigree
5-7years of experience with top-tier or well-regarded consulting firms (management,



strategy, digital, or technology consulting).
Experience working on enterprise-scale transformation or digital projects.
Robust academic background from reputed institutions.

Core Capabilities
Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and executive presence non-negotiable).
Robust structured thinking and hypothesis-driven problem-solving ability.
Proven expertise in project management (planning, execution, governance, reporting).
