Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Head to lead our division, manage sales operations, drive student enrolments, and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Study Abroad sales team.
Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and enrolment targets.
Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and student conversions.
Guide and motivate team leaders and counsellors.
Ensure strong knowledge of international education and study destinations.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market growth.
Coordinate with Marketing and Processing teams.
Requirements
9+ years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education.
Robust sales leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Valuable knowledge of international education, admissions, and visa processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
