Supervise daily site operations, work execution, labour productivity, and project progress as per approved plans.
Manage labour teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper task allocation, discipline, and coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, toolbox talks, and worker inductions.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations and timely reporting.
Monitor material procurement, delivery, inventory, and site readiness to ensure uninterrupted work execution.
Ensure quality compliance with approved drawings, specifications, dimensions, colours, and installation standards.
Maintain site documentation, including DLR, DPR, LMR, MIR, WIR, Daily Site Logs, and Work Permits; resolve client observations, track snags, and support project handover.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
