6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per roster)

Role Overview

As a Tech L2 Support Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless support experience for learners across PhysicsWallah's diverse product ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure of student concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Resolve Level 2 technical issues across 60+ PhysicsWallah products.
Diagnose, investigate, and troubleshoot user-reported concerns.
Coordinate with POD, Product,



and Engineering teams for issue resolution.
Follow up with students to provide timely updates and ensure closure.
Document issues, resolutions, and recurring trends accurately.
Adhere to rotational shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, as assigned.

Eligibility & Requirements
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Basic understanding of technology concepts and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, APIs, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
