Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Wheelchair Assistants to work at Dubai International Airport. The successful candidates will assist passengers with reduced mobility, elderly passengers, and passengers requiring special assistance throughout their airport journey.

Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers who require wheelchair support at the airport.
Help passengers during arrival, departure, and transit.
Transport passengers safely between check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from aircraft when required.
Handle wheelchairs safely and ensure passenger comfort.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate politely with passengers.
Coordinate with airport staff and other departments.
Follow airport safety, security, and service procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum high school education.
Valuable English communication skills.




Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
Valuable customer service and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and capable of pushing wheelchairs for extended periods.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced airport environment.
Previous airport or customer service experience is an advantage.
Freshers may also apply if they have good communication skills.

Working Conditions
Full-time employment.
Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must be willing to work in a busy airport environment.
Location: Dubai International Airport, UAE.
