About the Role

We are looking for Windows System Administrators (L1/L2) with experience in MSP settings, capable of managing and supporting multiple client domains, networks, and IT infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and administration across multiple client domains and IT environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
Handle user account management, domain-related issues, permissions, and server administration.
Monitor and troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
Manage technical support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Perform server monitoring, patch management, backup checks, and routine maintenance.
Provide remote support to international clients and manage multiple client environments simultaneously.





Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in Windows System Administration / IT Infrastructure Support.
Previous experience working with an MSP or supporting multiple client environments is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with multiple domains, Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, virtualisation, and remote support tools.
Robust troubleshooting and ticket-handling capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Willingness to work a US shift.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who has handled multiple client domains and diverse IT infrastructure environments in an MSP setup, with strong technical and international client-handling skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
