Hiring US Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Shift
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end invoice processing and submission.
Prepare, verify, and send invoices to US clients.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
Manage accounts receivable and collection activities.
Track overdue invoices and ensure timely payment recovery.
Resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Prepare daily and weekly AR reports.
Required Skills
Experience in US Accounts Receivable operations.
Knowledge of invoice processing and client billing.
Hands-on experience in payment follow-ups and collections.
Positive communication and MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of US staffing billing processes is an advantage.
