Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technical professionals. The candidate should have a positive understanding of IT skills, recruitment platforms, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Analysts, QA Engineers, and other IT roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical suitability, experience, and communication skills.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain candidate databases,



recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.
Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.

Required Skills
Understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Robust sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
Valuable coordination and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
