Roti Kulcha Naan, a pure-veg North Indian restaurant in Bengaluru, is hiring an experienced Tandoor Cook.
Responsibilities
Prepare naan, kulcha, roti, and other tandoor breads.
Prepare tandoori starters such as paneer tikka, veg kebabs, Chaaps and similar items.
Handle tandoor heating, temperature, and cleaning.
Keep food quality, taste, and portions consistent.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep orders on time.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with a tandoor (North Indian cuisine).
Able to work in shifts and handle rush hours.
Neat, punctual, and hygiene-conscious.
