Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive

THE MEDICATE is looking for a motivated and confident Tele-Sales Executive to handle customer communication, generate sales through outbound calls, and maintain regular follow-ups with customers.

Eligibility & Requirements
Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
Positive communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and maintain customer relationships.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.




Generate sales through telephone conversations.
Follow up with customers regularly regarding enquiries and orders.
Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with customers for order-related queries.
Prepare daily sales and calling reports.
Report daily activities and sales performance to the Manager.
