B K Welfare Foundation NGO is seeking a Trainer Retail to deliver engaging retail-skills training, develop learning materials, assess trainee progress, and support learners in preparing for employment opportunities in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

A. Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on retail skills, including customer service, sales, and store operations.
Use theoretical and practical training methods, including role-playing, case studies, and real-life simulations.
Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and employer expectations.

B. Curriculum Development
Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
Incorporate real-world retail scenarios into training for hands-on learning.
Adapt training content to meet the needs of different learners.

C. Learner Assessment & Progress Tracking
Evaluate trainees through tests, role-plays, and practical demonstrations.
Provide feedback and guidance to improve trainees' skills and confidence.
Maintain accurate records of trainees' attendance, performance, and progress.

D. Industry Engagement & Job Placement Support
Stay updated on retail industry trends and employer requirements.




Collaborate with recruiters and retail businesses to connect trained candidates with job prospects.
Guide trainees on resume building, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.

E. Reporting & Documentation
Submit training progress reports and feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with training guidelines and organizational policies.
Collect success stories and impact assessments for program improvement.

Solid knowledge of the retail sector, customer service, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Candidate Requirements
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Retail Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in retail training, sales, or store management (as specified in the submitted ).
Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an advantage.
Certification in Training & Development (ToT) is an advantage.
