Requirements
6 months to 2 years of VMC operating experience.
Basic knowledge of CNC machining operations.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload components safely.
Follow CNC programs and machining instructions.
Perform basic tool setting and tool changing.
Check component dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
Follow production targets and maintain quality standards.
Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S on the shop floor.
Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the supervisor.
