Experience: Fresher Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 In-Hand
Transport: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
Shift: Rotational Shifts Working: 5 Days
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Location: Current Town, Kolkata
Interact with customers over voice for a Travel Customer Support process and assist them with travel-related service queries. Understand customer requirements, communicate relevant information clearly and provide timely assistance while maintaining a skilled customer experience.

Candidates should possess robust communication and listening skills along with the ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
