Partner with Engineering leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.

Leverage 4 7 years of HR experience, with robust HR Business Partner (HRBP) background.
Bring prior experience supporting Engineering, Technology, Product, or IT teams.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Exhibit a solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
Work in a data-driven, proactive manner in a rapid-paced workplace.
