Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for household staff, including drivers, maids, cooks, security guards, household helpers, caretakers, and laundry staff.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and local field visits.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, background, and suitability.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate client interviews and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up with applicants.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; domestic staffing experience preferred.
Valuable communication, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
Knowledge of Delhi/NCR locations is an advantage.
Self-motivated and comfortable with field recruitment.

Salary & Perks
Monthly salary up to ₹26,000.
₹22,000 in-hand, subject to applicable deductions.
