Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Telecalling
Pitch company services to prospective clients and explain offerings clearly
Maintain and update client databases and CRM records
Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing & Social Media
Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create and post content to promote company services and projects
Handle inbound leads generated through social media and digital campaigns
Coordinate with the creative team for posts, reels, and promotional videos
Monitor social media engagement, leads, and performance metrics

Business Development & Coordination
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations,



and presentations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support branding, promotional campaigns, and events

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing (media/agency experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills :
Robust understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics :
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Positive organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or production houses :
Knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM software
Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta / Google - optional)
Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude
