Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and sales details.
Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams for customer requirements.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers until the sales process is completed.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the team.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and calling reports.




Ensure skilled communication and customer service at all times.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain customer and sales records.
