Need an execution-oriented Site Engineer capable of handling two building projects.

We are looking for a Site Engineer for execution of the Tekadi Skill Development Center and Library Building projects under Avishkar Enterprises / Aarambhya Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd.

Location : Tekadi (Coal Mines), Tahsil Parseoni, District Nagpur Project Type : RCC Building Work Employment Type : Project Basis (can be converted to Full-Time based on performance) Site Stay : Mandatory (Full-time site presence required)

We are looking for a disciplined, execution-oriented Civil Site Engineer who can independently handle day-to-day site execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily site supervision
- Labour monitoring & productivity tracking
- Measurement & quantity verification
- DPR (Daily Progress Report) preparation
- Material consumption tracking
- Coordination with labour contractors
- Checking line, level, shuttering & reinforcement before concreting
- Maintaining site registers
- Daily photo reporting
- Monitoring quality, progress & safety
- Reporting directly to project owner

Required Skills :

- Diploma / BE Civil
- Experience in RCC building execution preferred
- Ability to stay on site full-time
- Practical execution knowledge more important than office experience




- Disciplined with reporting and documentation
- Basic quantity calculation skills
- Ability to handle labour teams professionally
- 2-5 years practical site experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional building projects
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and mobile reporting
- Honest, accountable, and execution-focused mindset
