Job Title : NLP Engineer - Intern (6 Months)

Location : Vadodara / Remote Duration : 6 Months (Full-time Internship) Stipend : Based on performance and experience Department : Artificial Intelligence / NLP Team

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in data preprocessing , text cleaning , and annotation for NLP datasets.
- Implement and experiment with machine learning and deep learning models for various NLP tasks.
- Work with libraries such as NLTK , spaCy , Transformers (Hugging Face) , scikit-learn , TensorFlow , or PyTorch .
- Support ongoing projects involving text classification , sentiment analysis , NER , topic modeling , document similarity , and chatbot development .
- Perform model evaluation , tuning, and documentation of experiments.
- Collaborate with senior NLP engineers and data scientists on research and prototype development .





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning , natural language processing , and Python programming .
- Familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Basic understanding of deep learning concepts (CNN, RNN, LSTM, BERT).
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working on NLP or ML projects (academic or personal).
- Knowledge of vectorization techniques such as TF-IDF, Word2Vec, or BERT embeddings.
- Exposure to API development or deployment frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
