Roles & Responsibilities:
Build telemetry ingestion & reusable feature pipelines - Validate SDK events, handle retries & keep model inputs consistent. Use fraud & false-positive feedback to refine features
Develop low-latency APIs that fuse identity, device & behaviour scores. Implement customer policies, rules & reason codes for allow, warn, step-up, hold or block
Build entity links across people, devices, SIMs & accounts for account takeover detection & coordinated fraud, while maintaining tenant isolation
Debug customer integrations & unexpected decisions with SDK, ML & Product teams - Trace events, reproduce issues & improve API contracts, docs & audit trails




Own production reliability & security - Request signing, key management, metrics, incident response & safe releases. Review code/designs & mentor junior engineers
Ideal Candidate - MANDATORY:
Experience:
2+ years building & running production backends in Python / Go / Rust with clear API design & versioning
Must come from a Product Company (SaaS / Platform / Product Engineering) ONLY
Tech Skills:
Distributed Systems Fundamentals Mandatory: Queues, Streams, Caching, Idempotency & Consistency Trade-offs
Hands-on PostgreSQL or similar DB at scale + Redis or similar cache
Experience with Containers, AWS or GCP, disciplined testing, metrics, tracing & structured logs
Proficient with Agentic AI Coding Tools - Able to review, test & take ownership of generated code
Must be able to build telemetry ingestion, develop low-latency APIs & own production reliability & security
Must be able to debug customer integrations, review code/designs & mentor juniors
Preferred:
Experience with event streaming, graph algorithms, analytical stores, or fintech/fraud/security products
