This team partners closely with sales, services, and customer success to guide organizations through change, improve readiness,



and maximize long-term value. - About the Role: - You’ll lead organizational change management and user adoption efforts for customers in India while supporting global engagements that require in-region expertise. Your work will help customers accelerate adoption, improve readiness, and realize value from their investment. - You’ll lead change management and user adoption initiatives across customer engagements - You’ll partner with sales, solution consulting, and services teams to support deal strategy and position adoption services - You’ll deliver consulting focused on stakeholder alignment, communications, training adoption, and change impact mitigation - You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to integrate adoption strategies into implementation and post-go-live plans - You’ll develop scalable frameworks, tools, and reusable assets to strengthen adoption capabilities in the region - You’ll improve customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value through structured change strategies - You’ll provide insights to leadership on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to expand adoption services - About You: - Basic Qualifications: - You have experience in change management, user adoption, enablement, consulting,
