The Role

As an AI Developer, you won’t just be writing code. You’ll be building systems that solve real business problems using cutting-edge AI technologies. A major part of your role will involve developing custom ERP systems tailored to specific business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Custom ERP Development : Understand business operations (sales, inventory, finance, HR) and translate them into scalable ERP modules.

Full-Stack Development : Build and manage both frontend and backend systems required for ERP platforms.

Database Design : Design efficient database structures, relationships, and queries for handling complex business data.

AI Integration : Embed AI capabilities such as LLM-powered insights, automation, and smart workflows into ERP systems.

API & System Integration : Integrate third-party services (payments, CRMs, analytics tools) and ensure smooth data flow across systems.

Workflow Automation : Develop automation pipelines that reduce manual work across business processes.

Scalability & Performance : Ensure systems are optimized for speed, reliability, and future scaling.

Testing & Debugging : Identify issues, fix bugs, and maintain system stability across deployments.

Continuous Improvement :



Refactor and improve systems based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills : Basic understanding of programming (Python preferred), databases, and APIs. Exposure to full-stack development is a plus.

AI Curiosity : You actively explore AI tools, LLMs, and automation.

Compensation & Details

Pay : ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
