About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Kafka API Developer to design and

Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, with hands-on experience in

building high-performance distributed systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Spring Boot.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Build and manage Kafka Producers, Consumers, and event-driven

messaging solutions.

- Design and implement high-performance event streaming architectures.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following best

practices.

- Perform code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and performance tuning for
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects, and Business teams

throughout the SDLC.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning,

estimation,



and retrospectives.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and

enterprise architecture.

Requirements :

- Strong expertise in Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Positive exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM,

SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.

- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or

MySQL.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience with Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and

Avro.

- Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to API Gateway, OAuth2, JWT, and API security standards.
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Financial Services or Insurance domain experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with large enterprise/MNC organizations.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
