Areas of responsibility

- Lead a small team of 2-3 Test Engineers- Maintain and create new test automation scripts
- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Validate deployments across multiple Salesforce environments (sandbox, UAT, production).
- Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to align QA processes with project goals.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Provide clear and actionable QA metrics and reports to stakeholders.

Basic requirements of the position

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration and customization.
- Should have worked on Sales, Service and Experience Cloud testing projects
- Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira).
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing)
- Ability to design effective test plans for complex business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
- 5+ years in QA roles, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce projects and 2 years in leading a small team
- Good to have Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
- Testing methodology certifications (e.g. ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA)




- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
