Job Title: Solution Architect - Agentic AI

Location : India (Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune)

Role Summary : Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Agentic AI systems —autonomous, goal-driven agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting across enterprise environments. This role is pivotal in building intelligent, composable, and scalable AI solutions for BFSI and Capital Markets, integrating LLMs , Model Composition Patterns (MCPs) , Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration, RPA platforms , and SRE observability tools .

Key Responsibilities : Architecture & Design

- Architect Agentic AI ecosystems using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (Langgraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Define Model Context Protocol (MCPs) to chain reasoning, retrieval, and action models.
- Design Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols for collaborative multi-agent workflows.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with memory, context management, and tool usage.

Integration & Automation

- Integrate agentic workflows with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data lakes, messaging platforms).
- Leverage RPA platforms like UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and trigger agentic workflows.
- Design hybrid automation flows combining LLM agents and RPA bots for end-to-end process orchestration.

Observability & Reliability

- Integrate SRE tools like BigPanda , Datadog , or Prometheus for monitoring agent behavior, performance, and anomaly detection.
- Define observability metrics for autonomous agents and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Governance & Safety

- Implement guardrails , ethical constraints , and auditability for autonomous agents in regulated environments.
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulations, data privacy laws,



and AI risk frameworks.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Collaborate with business, d ata science, and engineering teams to align AI solutions with strategic goals.
- Mentor developers and junior architects in agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and orchestration.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in solution architecture, with 3+ years in AI/ML systems.
- Robust experience with LLMs , prompt engineering , and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Deep understanding of MCPs , ReAct , Tree of Thought , and AutoGPT-style reasoning.
- Hands-on with Python , OpenAI APIs , Anthropic Claude , Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Experience with A2A orchestration , agent memory strategies, and tool calling.
- Proven integration experience with RPA platforms like UiPath , Automation Anywhere , or Blue Prism .
- Familiarity with SRE/observability tools such as BigPanda , Datadog , Grafana , or New Relic .
- Strong grasp of enterprise architecture , data governance , and security protocols .
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- BFSI domain expertise, especially in Capital Markets , Banking , Risk , or Compliance .
- Experience with agent simulation environments , digital twins , or multi-agent reinforcement learning .
- Knowledge of LLMOps , agent observability , and feedback loops .
- Familiarity with Azure AI Studio , AWS Bedrock , or GCP Vertex AI .
- Certifications :TOGAF , Azure/AWS Architect , AI/ML Specializations , UiPath Advanced Developer .
- Exposure to Graph-based reasoning , Knowledge Graphs , or Semantic Search .
