IT Recruiter - Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations,
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the ATS
Stay updated on IT hiring trends, technologies, and market salary benchmarks
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations
Pay: ₹10,038.32 - ₹28,838.46 per month
