About Gilly Professional Kitchens

Gilly Professional Kitchens is an established manufacturer and solution provider for professional kitchen, refrigeration and food-service equipment. With a strong manufacturing setup and a growing team across sales, design, production, projects, service and administration, we are looking for an energetic HR Executive who can strengthen our recruitment, employee engagement and day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

- Understand manpower requirements from different department heads.
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Focus on timely closure of vacancies across Sales, Design, Production, Projects, Service, Accounts and Administration.

- Joining & Onboarding

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other employment documentation.
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation of new employees.
- Ensure new employees are introduced to company policies, reporting structures and KRAs.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.

- Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

- Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Maintain records relating to salary revisions, incentives, deductions, advances and reimbursements.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC and other statutory employee-related documentation with the concerned consultants/accounts team.

- Performance Management

- Coordinate monthly/quarterly performance reviews with department heads.
- Maintain employee KRAs and performance trackers.
- Follow up with managers for timely appraisals and performance feedback.
- Identify employees requiring training,



improvement plans or additional support.
- Assist management in implementing structured performance improvement plans where required.

- Employee Engagement & Retention

- Regularly interact with employees to understand workplace concerns.
- Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, discipline and retention.
- Organise employee engagement activities, celebrations and internal communication.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse reasons for employee turnover.
- Suggest practical measures to improve retention and workplace culture.

- HR Administration & Compliance

- Maintain updated employee database and HR MIS.
- Maintain records of confirmation, increments, promotions, transfers, warnings and exits.
- Coordinate resignation, notice-period and full-and-final settlement processes.
- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are communicated and followed.
- Support statutory and labour-law documentation applicable to the organisation and manufacturing facility.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Executive/HR Generalist role.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or project-based organisation will be preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, gratuity and basic labour compliance.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel, HR software and ERP systems.
- Experience with Odoo HR will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be organised, proactive and comfortable following up with employees and department heads.

What We Are Looking For

Pay: ₹11,004.97 - ₹33,104.66 per month
