Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT Recruitment)

Location: Mahalakshmi Nagar, Indore Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 (In-Hand) Experience: 2 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities :

- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. :

- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. :

- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients. :

- Managing offer rollouts and onboarding coordination. :

- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. :

- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques. :

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills. :

- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets. :

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools. :

- Immediate joiners will be given preference. : Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
