Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, well-groomed, and responsible Male Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome patients and visitors, handle calls, appointments, and support smooth daily operations at our hospital.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Handling

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner :

- Manage patient registration, token system, and OPD flow :

- Guide patients regarding doctors, departments, and procedures

- Maintain patient records and files accurately

Communication & Coordination

- Attend and transfer incoming calls :

- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments :

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and lab staff

- Handle patient queries and complaints politely

Administrative Support

- Maintain daily OPD register and appointment logs :





- Assist in billing desk coordination :

- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and professional

Compliance & Discipline

- Follow hospital SOPs, patient confidentiality, and hygiene protocols
- Maintain punctuality, dress code, and skilled behavior

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / 12th Pass (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Software)
- Pleasant personality and patient-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and multitasking

Experience

- Fresher or 1-3 years experience in hospital / clinic / service industry preferred

Working Hours

- As per hospital shift schedule (Rotational shifts)

Salary & Benefits

- ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
- PF / ESIC (as per company policy)
