Key Responsibilities

- Handle international (USA) inbound & outbound calls :

- Manage international sales and customer service operations :

- Handle B2B & B2C calling for lead generation and business development

- Generate and manage leads through online portals :

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service - Mandatory / International Sales :

- Hands-on experience in international calling is compulsory :

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) - Mandatory :

- Experience in handling overseas / international clients :

- Graduation not mandatory, 12TH Pass can also apply

Salary & Benefits

- 4.20 LPA - 6.00 LPA + Incentives
- Traveling allowance applicable if distance is within 10 km
