About the Role: Deliver a smooth and responsive student experience across International School of Design’s company-owned and franchisee centres. You will handle inbound and outbound customer care communication, support students and current admissions with timely responses, and proactively engage with learners to improve satisfaction, trust, and overall experience with INSD.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and newly admitted learners to check on their experience and overall well-being with INSD




- Send follow-up messages to students and new admissions to maintain engagement and strengthen customer relationships
- Conduct random feedback calls to students to understand service quality, academic support, and centre-level experience
- Maintain records of student concerns, feedback, and resolutions in a structured manner
- Coordinate with admissions, academic, and centre teams to ensure quick closure of student issues

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in customer care, student support, telesales, or front-office operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good phone etiquette and empathy while handling student and parent concerns
- Ability to manage follow-ups, complaints, and routine communication efficiently
- Gurgaon based preferred
