Reports To : Customer Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to shipping, delivery status, delays, returns, and refunds
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
- Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and courier services to resolve delivery issues
- Manage order processing, dispatch updates, and documentation
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and provide timely resolutions
- Assist in return, exchange, and reverse logistics processes
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
