Responsibilities : 1. Customer Engagement :

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable services. - Provide service knowledge and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.**

2. Sales Target Achievement :

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.**

3. Service Knowledge :

- Stay informed about the features and benefits of services. - Conduct service demonstrations and explain service specifications. - Address customer queries and concerns with confidence and accuracy.**

5. Customer Service Excellence :

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.**

6.Service Promotion and Marketing :



-Develop and implement strategies to promote and market our services within the retail space.

-Create compelling promotional materials and displays to attract customers.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream. - Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles. - Knowledge of the retail industry and awareness of market trends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
