Core Responsibilities
- Platform Management : Manage content, product listings, pricing, and updates on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).
- Data Analysis : Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics to optimize performance.
- Operations & Fulfillment : Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, returns, and inventory management.
- Customer Service : Monitor customer feedback and resolve queries to maintain high satisfaction.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
