- Customer Service : Greeting customers, answering queries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations & Sales : Supporting daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and achieving sales targets.
- Inventory Control : Assisting with receiving, unpacking, restocking, and organizing inventory and displays.
- Learning & Development : Participating in training programs to learn company policies, merchandising, and staff management.
