Job description :

- Backhand support to laboratory
- Cold Calling
- Handle incoming calls addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Working ERP (LIMS) and update the ERP (LIMS) as per requirement and supporting team for testing activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- PI submission/Report submission/Tax invoice submission
- Payment follow-up

- Excellent communication skills (especially in English)
- Product knowledge (Training provided)

Required Education

12th / ITI / Diploma / Degrees (Science/Commerce)

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
