Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and/or non-voice channels.
- Engage with prospective customers and identify their requirements.
- Provide product and service information clearly and accurately.Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer service.Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and a rapid-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹26,000 per month + attractive Incentives.
