Its multidisciplinary team manages projects from concept development and space planning through to construction, finishing, and final handover.

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading interior design commercial projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and quality at every stage. This full-time, in office role is based in Mumbai and involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts, preparing detailed plans and material specifications, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, guiding the development of construction drawings, selecting FF&E;, conducting site visits, monitoring progress, and resolving design or execution issues. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior designers, uphold project timelines and budgets, and contribute to design presentations and proposals to support business development. The role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail,



and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, with proven experience in corporate projects.
- Candidates should possess advanced Space Planning skills to create productive, functional, and aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Construction Drawings, including technical detailing and coordination with project execution teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; selection and specification, ensuring alignment with design concepts, budget, and project standards.
- Professional degree or diploma in Interior Design, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including leading end-to-end interior design projects and managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site and conduct regular site reviews.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and interior construction practices; experience in turnkey or design-and-build environments is an advantage.
