- Conduct pre-loan and post-loan field investigations of applicants.
- Verify customer residence, business premises, employment details, and references.
- Assess applicant credibility, repayment capacity, and overall risk profile.
- Investigate discrepancies identified during credit appraisal.
- Identify and report cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or suspicious transactions.
- Prepare detailed field investigation reports with observations and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Operations, and Collections teams.
- Monitor portfolio health and provide early warning signals for delinquent accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of verification activities and risk observations.
- Support branch teams during special risk reviews and audits
