- Assessment of fire risks and mitigation planning for the plant
- Fire prevention and control plan
- Site Risk Assessment & Rescue plan
- Disaster Management Plan
- Giving inputs for capex related to installation of Fire protection and prevention system

2. Operational Excellence

- Ensuring readiness for disaster including fire and other natural calamities
- Ensuring maintenance of fire Protection & prevention system.
- Preparing and Implementing SOPs.

3. Budgetary Controls

- Operating within allocated CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

4. Compliance

- Monitoring statutory compliances related to Fire Safety.
- Implementing compliance of quality certification guidelines and IMS guidelines.

5. Customer-centricity

- Providing effective response to any untoward incidents having fire safety implications.
- Always remaining in a state of preparedness and implementing effective rescue operations in the shortest possible time in case of any incidents of fire or emergency.

- coordination with Mutual Aid partner with neighboring industries in responding to Emergencies.

6. Sustainability and Process Improvement





- Reviewing fire threat perception on a periodic basis and proactively improving systems and processes to eliminate the same.
- Working along with commercial team on new Projects for technology enablement of fire safety.
- Embedding a culture of fire safety awareness by initiating process changes through cross functional collaboration.
- Partnering in digitization initiatives.
- Ensuring positive housekeeping practices.

7. People development and engagement

- Implementing optimum deployment of manpower and improving performance of team members.

- Conducting periodic technical and safety training of all fire safety personnel including contractual workforce.

- Facilitating awareness sessions for all team members to prevent any incident posing fire hazards and ensuring readiness for disaster.
