Skills :
Min 4 years strong programming experience in Python is a MUST.
Min 2 years hands-on experience in AI with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI frameworks
RAG with deep retrieval experience (most significant):
Owned a RAG system end to end in production, not a demo.
Has built an MCP server or client, or built agents using LangGraph/Semantic Kernel (tool calling, multi-step workflows).
Skills:- Python, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLM)
