Must Have:

 Solid expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service

 Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Templates, Components, Workflows

 Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Apache Felix

 Experience with AEM Dispatcher setup and caching strategies

 Design and implementation of scalable, secure AEM architectures

 Integration with third-party systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, CRM, DAM, Analytics)

 Experience in designing and building custom AEM components and services

 Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Adobe Cloud Manager)

Good to have:

 Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics

 Knowledge of Personalization, SEO best practices, and Web Accessibility (WCAG)

 Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, Adobe IMS

 Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization

(Docker/Kubernetes)

 Exposure to front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM architectures (Sites, Assets, Forms, etc.)

 Define content modeling, component architecture, workflows, templates, and metadata

structures.

 Provide guidance on AEM as a Cloud Service, on-premises,



or hybrid models.

 Lead architectural decisions, including dispatcher configurations, CDN integration, and

caching strategies.

 Architect integrations with third-party services (CRMs, eCommerce platforms, analytics tools,

etc.)

 Design and oversee development of custom components, servlets, OSGi services, workflows,

and Sling models.

 Work on headless CMS architecture using AEM's GraphQL and Content Fragments.

 Lead a team of developers and QA

 Provide code reviews, mentor junior team members, and conduct technical training sessions.

 Resolve technical blockers and make architectural trade-offs.

 Present architectural decisions and conduct technical workshops or demos.

 Define and manage AEM DevOps pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Adobe Cloud

Manager, etc.

 Enforce code quality, performance testing, and deployment standards.

Eligibility:

 Exp – 12+ Years

 Prior experience of working and collaborating with international clients will be preferred.

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
