This is a remote position.

Want to build AI-powered products that real people use? We’re looking for hands-on Software Craftspeople who love TypeScript, care about clean code, and are excited about LLMs, agents and agentic workflows.

This role is ideal for engineers with 3–6 years of experience and a strong background in building scalable, production-grade software systems.

What You’ll Do

- Own features end to end, from design to production, on complex cross-functional projects.
- Build scalable backend systems and APIs in TypeScript using craftsmanship principles.
- Build AI applications and agentic workflows with OpenAI, Claude, Mastra and modern AI tooling.
- Build browser-based experiences, including Chrome Extensions, where needed.
- Spot risks early and drive solutions beyond your immediate scope.
- Raise the bar on code quality, testing and DevEx across the team.
- Work closely with clients, and mentor fellow engineers.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

- A track record of owning production-grade systems, with strong hands-on TypeScript.
- Practical experience with LLM apps, AI agents and agentic frameworks (Mastra or similar), including extending agents with skills and tools.
- An understanding of Responsible AI: evaluation, reliability, safety and privacy.
- Experience building or integrating Chrome Extensions.




- Strong system design skills and solid engineering habits: TDD, CI/CD, refactoring, Agile/XP.
- Good knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, relational databases and performance optimisation.

Nice to Have

- Python for production or AI/LLM systems
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, Agno, vector databases, AI eval and observability tools
- Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- React or another modern frontend framework

Working Hours

This role works with global clients, so you may sometimes need to join late-night calls (up to around 2 AM IST).
