Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Conduct detailed gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solution design.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT and development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit requirements and communicate project progress.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
- Support change management activities, including training and documentation.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes impacting the business domain.
- Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, requirements, and system functionalities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & experience in Finance, Information Systems (ERP-Infor-Sun, Oracle etc..), or related field.




- Conduct detailed gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solutions or design.
- Analyse the issues reported in IT system, provide proactive support to Business to resolve the IT issues, including training and documentation.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
