- Responsible for researching and analyzing business functions and system requirements for process workflow design and technical design documentation.

- Upskill on the ITSM products and the best practices and guide the team and the business with the latest changes in the ITSM.
- Provide high-quality analytical solutions for the key stakeholders
- To increase the business value, collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices

RTE:
- Contribute with the Product Management Team and the architects to carry the vision and share it with the teams so that it solutions bring the maximum value to the business
- Address value chains in transversal mode within a business or several businesses, in order to have optimizations and efficiencies
- Organize the various ceremonies allowing the good advancement of the ART with the different levels of the company required
- Ensure the synchronisation of the teams around the train and ensure that the different dependencies with the technical base are properly treated
- Define with the Product Management Team and the architect(s) the roadmap
- Ensure that stakeholders, experts and architects work together and adopt the model worn by the train
- Coordinate the developments and the delivery of the ART based on the system team and on the stakeholders of the Tribes
- Manage risks, conduct alerts when required, and escalate in case of blocking situations

Fluency in French to communicate is mandatory
